Hypnotherapy, NLP or EFT, are techniques used to overcome these problems. I also offer Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Reiki. All these therapies enhance any medical treatment that you may be receiving from your GP or Hospital and does not replace any medication.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is taking the client into a state of altered awareness using hypnosis, a deep state of relaxation, in this state the imagination is active rather than the intellect. You are not unconscious, you are always in control.

Hypnosis cannot perform miracles but in this state of awareness it can be used for self help. It can be used for psychological problems such as unwanted habits to irrational anxiety states.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP is a bit like a ‘instruction manual’ for your brain!

With NLP you can actively use your mind and your emotions and your body to run your own life more successfully and to communicate with other people with ‘extra-ordinary’ effectiveness.

NLP can help you to improve how you think, how you behave and feel. It can enable you to do whatever you already do reasonably well now but with the aid of NLP you can enhance the result.

You can acquire skills and attitudes to do what you cannot do now, but would like to be able to do.
It can help you to think more clearly comunicate more effectively with others manage your thoughts, moods and behaviours more effectively.

What is EFT?

(Emotional Freedom Technique)

Problems arise whether physical or physiological because of negative emotions. These negative emotions cause blockages in our energy lines.

EFT is used to change negative problems by ‘tapping’ on the body in specific areas or meridians whilst thinking of the negative emotion or an event. EFT is described as accupunture without needles.

During the tapping the energy field is deactivated so the message is unable to be delivered to the brain, the effect is reversal of the negative thought or emotion and the problem is overcome.
